Although each batch I get is somewhat different, my finished compost always turns out digested. My customers won’t let me retire!
You are absolutely correct! Each batch is its own dynamic living thing and no two are exactly the same. Nonetheless, we add back portions from previous batches -- all the way back to Hugh Courtney's time! -- to guarantee an inherited legacy. It is our hope that they always service you well. Thank you, as always, for your support and your work healing the earth.

Pfeiffer Compost Starter
I have used the Pfeiffer Compost Starter for almost 30 years. Wouldn't seem right to not use it. My compost goes through a two year cycle to finished compost and is far superior to the store bought varieties.
