Splendid monsoon garden gift!

Soo much enjoyed treating the garden this monsoon season with some love and also igniting our compost pile with biodynamics!

Glad to seeBSA developed for NA

It seems appropriate to use bison poop for our horn manure here. Long ago, so I Iam told, bison roamed in SE regions as well as midwestern prairies. Thanks folks for a good batch of work.

How does the Buffalo Soil Activator improve soil life?

Buffalo Soil Activator brings bison manure and BD 500–508 together in one soil-or-compost spray. In a Washington field comparison, biodynamically managed plots using preparation-treated compost and BD 500/501 sprays had about 7% higher soil microbial biomass than comparable organic plots (602 versus 564 µg carbon per gram of soil). That measured result shows the soil-life approach behind this all-in-one preparation (Goldstein et al., Open Agriculture, 2019; doi:10.1515/opag-2019-0018).

How should I apply the Buffalo Soil Activator?

Stir one unit in 3-5 gallons of water until dissolved, then spray on soil in the late afternoon. Repeat 3-5 times over the growing season.

What area does one unit of Buffalo Soil Activator cover?

One unit, which is 2oz, can effectively treat up to one acre of land.

What makes Buffalo Soil Activator an all-in-one spray?

It combines bison manure, BD 500–508, buffalo barrel compound, horn basalt, horn clay, and crushed eggshells in one practical starting spray for soil and plant vitality. It includes BD 500, so JPI also advises that Buffalo Soil Activator can fill the BD 500 position in a sequential moisture-spray routine.
