*Free Economy Shipping Domestically (for orders over $250)
Free flat-rate domestic shipping applies to orders with a value of over $250. This does not include expedited shipping if this is chosen. This does not apply to Tree Paste orders.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. During seasonal peaks or in times of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. We pack each order with care and intention, ensuring quality and integrity in every shipment.
- Shipping Carrier: Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on weight, destination, and product contents.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping through the online store. If urgent delivery is needed, please contact us directly before placing your order.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is limited. If you are outside the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us at orders@jpibiodynamics.org to discuss availability, shipping estimates, and any import restrictions for your region.

Certain products—such as biodynamic preparations—may require seasonal shipping windows or temperature-sensitive handling. To ensure the vitality of these living materials, we may:
- Delay shipment during extreme heat or cold;
- Recommend shipping methods based on your region and climate;
- Contact you before shipment if special timing or coordination is required.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Goods
We strive to ensure every package arrives in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email orders@jpibiodynamics.org with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
