Product Details:

Barrel Compound (also called Barrel Compost) is based on Maria Thun’s recipe. By integrating the six BD 502–507 compost preparations with cow manure, crushed eggshells, and basalt dust, it offers a convenient soil spray that complements a longer-term program of making and applying biodynamic compost.

Barrel Compound is useful between crop rotations or whenever soil is disturbed by cultivation. For field use, apply it during seedbed preparation before BD 500, following the current handout directions.
