“Magic Microbes” at Work in School Compost Programs

All schools participating in the Wynbrandt Farms Compost Program use the biodynamic preparations supplied by JPI.

Children, students, teachers, parents, and community members are making gorgeous biodynamic humus compost—“medicine for the living skin of the earth”—and using it to build the soil and nourish the gardens they steward. It’s incredible!

Although nothing lights up readers’ faces quite like children healing the Earth, these photos show an administrator who is passionate about and involved in every aspect of the compost program at his school.

We often refer to JPI’s biodynamic preparations as “magic microbes.”

Thank you so much to JPI for your generosity in supplying the biodynamic preparations so we can lift our compost to its highest potential!
