Nepal Biodynamic Organic Conference: November 3–5, 2026
A three-day gathering in Sauraha, Chitwan, Nepal, exploring living soil through biodynamic and organic farming, practical workshops, and cultural exchange.
This November, farmers, teachers, researchers, and students will gather in Sauraha, Chitwan, for the Nepal Biodynamic Organic Conference 2026. The conference runs November 3–5, 2026 (Kartik 17–19, 2083), at Hotel Monalisa, Sauraha, Chitwan, Nepal. These are Nepal local dates.
Dr. Lakshmi Prasanna will present “Holistic Soil in the Light of Anthroposophy,” a keynote series exploring the relationships among soil, plants, animals, and human well-being. Alongside the lectures will be practical workshops, panel discussions, and cultural exchange, with contributions from biodynamic, organic, natural, and regenerative farming.
The photographs from the previous conference give a little sense of the work: people gathered around soil, drawing together, moving together, and looking closely at plants.
Following the 2025 Healing Himalayas conference, the organizers intend this gathering to begin a seven-year cycle through Nepal’s seven provinces. The conference will conclude with “Healing the Soil: Pathways Forward,” a shared declaration of priorities for the work ahead.
