This website and online store are operated by The Josephine Porter Institute for Applied Biodynamics (“JPI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing jpibiodynamics.org, purchasing from us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this site. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer products and services.
Eligibility and acceptable use

You may not use the site or our products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose, interfere with the site’s operation or security, transmit malicious code, or violate another person’s rights.
Information on this site
We work to keep product descriptions, instructions, prices, availability, and other information accurate and current. Information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. We may correct errors and update or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary. Educational information on this site is general information and is not medical, veterinary, legal, or professional agronomic advice.
Products, prices, and orders
Products and services may be available only online and may be limited in quantity. Product appearance can vary by screen and, where applicable, by natural batch variation. Prices and availability may change without notice.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale. If we change or cancel an order after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund and use the contact information supplied with the order to notify you.
You agree to provide accurate, current billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your order and delivery address before submitting it.
Shipping and returns

Follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each product or linked from the relevant product page. Biodynamic preparations are agricultural inputs and are not food or intended for human or animal consumption. You are responsible for determining whether a product and its use comply with laws, certifications, and conditions applicable to your location and operation.

The site may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, carriers, and other websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. JPI is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices, except as required by law.
