# Past Event: JPI Spring Biodynamic Preparation-Making Workshop — Spring 2024

In spring 2024, the Josephine Porter Institute hosted one of its largest preparation-making workshops to date, welcoming participants from across the country.

Together, the group worked hands-on to create biodynamic preparations that JPI sends to growers and gardens around the world. The gathering joined practical work with fellowship, learning, and the shared task of caring for the earth.

We remain grateful to everyone who brought their energy to the workshop. The preparations made through their work went on to support communities far beyond Virginia, including biodynamic work in Nepal.
