All Preparation (including Pfeiffer Products) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within two business days after receipt of the order unless different shipping instructions are received at the time the order is placed. Publication orders are shipped via USPS media mail unless included with a preparation order. Preparation orders over $500.00 will be shipped via Federal Express, using Express Saver, unless 2D Day or Overnight service is requested. All Federal Express shipments require a physical mailing address as Fed Ex will not deliver to a PO Box. Minimum Shipping and Handling charges are $11.00 for Preparations and $7.00 for Publications. Additional shipping charges may be billed according to weight and postal/shipping zone. Please call us at 276-930-2463 for exact shipping charge for your order if not easily determined. Sales Tax is charged only for residents of or sales taking place within the Commonwealth of Virginia.

If customer's order is returned due to incorrect shipping address given to us by customer. The customer will be responsible for the postage fee to reship package. This is due to an increase in returned packages with an incorrect shipping address. Thanks
